1) Thomas Badshawe of the Ridge gent.
2) Thomas Gee of Lydyate yeoman. For £80 paid and £237 15s 101/2 d to be paid in specified instalments. Premises conveyed: messuage called Lydgate and lands belonging in tenure of Gee, messuage called the Kylkhill and lands belonging in tenure of John Bennett the younger, in parishes of Chapel and Glossop (with reference to Henry Leighe esq former owner of the premises), on condition that the premises revert to Bagshawe on default of payment.
