For Vernon to hold shaft or coal pit called New Miln Coalepitt with sough for 5 years, for £12 paid in instalments (details given), Vernon undertaking not to sell coal at a lower price than coal is sold at 1.’s other pits and not to have more than 40 loads of coal upon the Bank at the end of the term. 7 Feb
