A memorandum notes that king’s rent in Chinley was paid at Tutbury Michaelmas 1721 and [tendered] there the Lady Day after but there was nobody to receive it, since when it has been paid at Chapel annually Endorsed with ?totals collected, 1721-1732 [much illegible]
