| Administrative History | Heath School opened in September 1963 taking pupils aged 11-15 from Stainsby, Bonds Main, Doe Lea County Girls, Heath County Boys, Heath County Girls and Heath Church of England Schools. Heath School closed in August 1991 as part of the re-organisation of secondary education in the Chesterfield and northeast Derbyshire area. The site became part of Deincourt School, which ceased to exist when it permanently closed in 2010, replaced by Tibshelf Community School. |
| Custodial History | The records were transferred to Derbyshire Record Office by the head teacher in January and September 1991. Ownership passed to Derbyshire County Council when the school ceased to exist. |
