Contains a record of people arrested by the police. Each entry has a photograph and description as follows: name, age, height, hair, eyes, complexion, trade, place of birth, marks and remarks, and criminal history.
This volume includes records of two men of African heritage:
Jack Davis, 23 yrs, 'A half-caste' p, 378 and Jack Price (alias Harris) 52 yrs, deported to U.S.A 19/091916 by order of Home Secretary, p,465.
Also mentioned is Isaac Gottlieb, 22 yrs, 'A Jew', p, 369.
