Title	Administrator, Kalomo, to British South Africa Company: enclosed correspondence with Dept of Lands, Lewanika, Worthington and others re the Company's title to lands in Northern Western Rhodesia; and whether it is able to sell land other than for trading, mining or farming; thinks the Concession can be interpreted to sell any land, but has written to Lewanika to gain his approval of this; must have a ruling soon as stands in Livingstone are to be sold by the Company in the near future.
