Title	Northern Eastern Rhodesia and the South Africa Customs Union: correspondence of the British South Africa Company, C.O., and Codrington, re the refusal of the C.O. to allow Northern Eastern Rhodesia to join the Union as this would transgress the General Act of the tariff conference at Berlin, 1885, where it was laid down that all lands in the Congo basin would be free to all nations.
