Title
P.L.G. to Jameson: glad that he has made effort to improve relations with Salvation Army;
regrets that the Company was unable to provide capital;
is sure that the scheme would have worked in 1905 when free capital was available;
the present Liberal government has prejudiced any schemes now mooted with the withering up of "Imperialism-Charity-Enterprise-Enthusiasm-Financial Resources".
