Title
Erlanger to P.L.G. : recent formation of the Inter-Allied Corp., an organisation with the object of forming cartels for the distribution of industrial goods to countries which have suffered during the war;
Wintour obtained as managing director, Milner wanted as Chairman, but unable to accept due to his cabinet post;
Chairmanship now offered to Birchenough;
effect on his role in the British South Africa Company if he accepts it;
suggests that he fore- goes his salary, but remains an hon. member of the Executive Committee;
suggests that Malcolm should have an increase in salary on account of greater workload.
