Title	Jameson to Fox : 1tr., a copy of which was enclosed by Birchenough above D3287 BSA/3/247. Fox to Maguire : in reply to proposal from Jameson; is not sure that he should accept inasmuch as he has no security of employment if the Company should go into liquidation; this is not impossible, vide failure to pay railway debenture interest; much rather retain outside interests to balance any dangers of loss of income.
