De Laessoe to P.L.G.: offers his opinion on import of labour;
enclosed three photograph of local plants, one of Euphorbia and two of local varieties of [sanseviera];
also enclosed letter from Walter Hogg, lay missionary at Sajobas, endorsing his view that the Zambesi has great agricultural possibilities;
is dispatching a collection of local woods to London;
has already sent one to Salisbury but it never reached there owing to official indifference.
