Description
Apparently founded in 1903, to mine in Spain, the Head Office was transferred from Paris to London in 1908 and the Board of Directors reconstituted with Philip Lyttelton Gell as Chairman. Memoranda and Articles of association, printed reports, monthly bulletins, correspondence.
