Ashford on the Water Church of England School
Administrative History
Ashford School was founded in 1631 under the will of William Harris. It later amalgamated with girls' school supported by the Duke of Devonshire to form a primary school. The school closed in 1988.
Custodial History
The records were transferred by the head teacher and former staff in February and May 1989, December 1990 and January 1994
