Surveyors returned in survey that lessees lived far remote in West Country and had 2 lives in being, George Caldwall affirms that self and Edward Caldwall still living. Committee allows the lives and orders reprise to be made to purchaser by subtraction of assessed amount from second moiety of purchase money due.
