Title	Deed reciting mortgage in £300 by way of lease in 1626 for 51 years by Edmund Mason, DD, Dean of Sarum, then rector of Newark on Trent, of messuage in North Muskham with cottages and closes in North Muskham and Bathley at peppercorn rent except that for first 3 years Caldwall to pay £6 yearly rent for cottages; if £300 repaid by 29 September 1629 Caldwall to pay £6 rent for cottages and £24 rent for messuage; now acknowledging failure to repay sum of £300 and quitclaiming equity of redemption
