Assignment by the Revd Christopher Alderson ofEckington, Derbyshire, executor of Mary late Countess of Holdernesse, John Milbanke of Wimpole Street, p St Marylebone and John Cleveland of Saville Row, p Westminster, trustees under will of Countess, George William Frederick, Duke of Leeds, grandson of Countess, to Henry Lord Middleton, of remainder of term of two leases to Robert d' Arcy, Earl of Holdenesse, of lands in Brook Shott, Hanover Square, and Park Lane, bequeathed with house built on site to wife Mary, and directed in her will to be sold to raise money for annuity to maid, and maintenance and education of her granddaughter Mary Augusta Byron; together with remainder of term of Hurd lease of ground used as garden to house, and owned by Duke of Leeds. Consideration: £13, 568 14s for house leases; £501 6s for garden leases
