Parish of Coton in the Elms St Mary
Administrative History
The township of Coton in the Elms was originally part of the parish of Lullington. The church was built in 1846 as a chapel of ease to Lullington and from the start was licensed for baptisms and burials. Coton in the Elms became a separate parish in 1865.
