Mostly 1820s, some 1766-1800 involving Richard Davenport (`my grandfather') and other members of the Davenport family (? married into the Horton family)
Letters include: 3359-3360, Dr Ernest Vienitz, in French, to Lady Horton on the health of her son Christopher, Sep 1840; 3363, J B Pearson from Lichfield to Eusebius Horton on the Association for the defence of the country fragment, May 1798; 3371, E Carbery to her sister, April 4 nd; 3373, part of a letter to Anne (Tufnell) expressing sadness that Robert has not changed his mind, about marrying a widow, Jan 1841
