Surrender by Mary Bromfield, widow, relict of Charles Bromfield late of Barton-under-Needwood and Charles Bromfield, esq, son and heir of Charles Bromfield, to Lovett Goreing of Inner Temple, London, esq, and Issac Hawkins of Burton-on-Trent, Staffs, gent (trustees), reciting that Mary Bromfield is seised for life in the manor of Barton-under-Needwood, of the manor of Barton-under-Needwood etc as recited in D3155/WH 87-88, provided always if Charles Bromfield shall default in payment of the sum of £5,000 at on upon 20 March next, then null and void. Dated 6 October
