Lease and release by Charles Broomfield of Barton-under-Needwood, esq, son and heir of Charles Bromefield of Barton dec'd, to Lovett Goreing of the Inner Temple, esq, and Isaac Hawkins of Burton-on-Trent, gent, of the manor of Barton-under-Needwood and the park or reputed park called Barton Park, with all messuages, granges, mills, tofts, cottages, curtilages, dovehouses, barns, buildings, gardens, orchards, lands, meadows, pastures, feedings etc, all manner of tithes, fishing in the Trent and the ferry at Walton.
