Title
Deed declaring trusts between Francis Hamp of Catton, yeoman, Robert McKearlie of the City of Edinburgh, Esq, Rt Hon Robert John Wilmot-Horton of Ceylon Bt, Andrew Pilkington of Catsfield Place, Sussex, Esq, Major General in the Army, Rev Trevor Burnes Floyer of Lichfield, clerk, and Rev Samuel Wilson Warneford of Bourton-on-the-Hill. Gloucs, reciting that Wilmot-Horton in June 1825 contracted to purchase freehold lands in the parishes of Petersham and Kingston, Surrey and a copyhold capital and other messuages, parklands and hereditaments in the same parish held of the respective manors of Petersham and Kingston Canbury (al Canonbury), now laid together and called Sudbrook Park Estate, subsequently mortgaged for £10,000 to first Pilkington and then Floyer and Warneford, by which Hamp and McKearlie at the direction of Wilmot-Horton declare that they will stand seised of the Sudbrook Park estate in trust for Pilkington for securing to him £10,000, also in trust for the securing a further £10,000 and also in trust for Warneford for securing mortgage debts of £3000, £2000 and £1000 assigned to him.
