Feoffment by Thomas Pearce of Oxenden Magna, Northants, gent, to William Spence of Braybrook, glover, and Richard Spence of Braybrook, husbandman, in consideration of £144, of a close of pasture in Oxenden Magna 1a, and all that parcel of ground ½a, also one common of pasture or depasturing for one horse, mare or gelding - known as one horse pasture belonging to the messuage of Thomas Pearce in Oxenden, and all those arable land, leys, meadow and pasture ground 12a in Oxenden Magna (which were a moiety of the lands of Thomas Kestyan of Bowden Magna).
