Audley: Tuesday next after the feast of St Peter and St Paul 42 Edward III [4 Jul 1368]
Surrender by Richard son of Egidius de Audeley and Sibilla his wife of a messuage and 13 3/4a of land in the old park of Audley which Thomas son of Ralph Croket held: admittance of Richard, to be held by them and their lawful issue, in default remainder to ? Matiles brother of Sibilla: fine 3s 4d

Surrender, at the same court, by Richard and Sibilla of the messuage, land and tanement they hold in the old park of Audley containing 14½a of land, and also two cottages with curtilages and 1a 3r of land, one of which cottages and curtilages John ? Mastan held, and the other cottage, curtilage and 1a 3r of land John le Taylour held: to be held by Richard and Sibilla and the heirs of their bodies, in default of issue the messuage, cottages and land to remain to Beatrice daughter of said Richard [presumably of a previous marriage] and the heirs of her body; in default of issue to the use of John, son of Richard, and his heirs; in default of issue of illegible: fine 3s 4d
