Assignment of term of years in lease, reciting lease by John Vere, Earl of Oxford, 4 September 38 Henry VIII [1546] to John White of Marston Trussell, yeoman, of the site of the manor of Marston Trussell called the Lordship Piece and all the demesne land belonging called 5 yardland, one watermill and a mill house and the advowson of the church of St Peter in Marston Trussell and four meases and two yardlands belonging in the fields of Marston Trussell, for 90 years, at an annual rent of £10 8s: now assigned by Henry Twyford (following a previous assignment by William White son of John White to him) of Hinxton, Cambs, gent, to Robert Seabrocke of Walton, Bucks, of the unexpired term.
