Small Court Audley Thursday next after the feast of the Annunciation BVM 10 Henry V. Surrender by William Birkes and Margaret his wife of 5a of land in Talk which formerly were of William Parker: same William and Margaret came into court and took of the lord the said 5a of land to hold to them and their lawful issue: if they die without lawful issue, then the whole of the land remains to the heirs and assigns of whoever lives longer
Admittance at the same court of Margaret wife of William Birkes, daughter and heir of William Parker, to a messuage and 16a of land in Talk which was of said William parker: fine 16s
Surrender at same court by William Birkes and Margaret his wife of the said messuage and 16a: if they die without lawful issue, then messuage and 16a remains to the heirs and assigns of the longest liver; fine 6s 8d
