Marriage settlement on the marriage of William Walpole and Elizabeth Crispe daughter of John Crispe of Navesby, Northants, husbandman, by which Edward Walpole of Clipston, mason (father of William) has granted to William Walpole and Elizabeth Crispe, all that cottage or tenement in which Edward Walpole lives in Clipston with orchard and close of land adjoining called Maulkyns Yard: to the use of Edward Walpole and Elizabeth Crispe and their legitimate issue: in default to the right heirs of Edward Walpole.
