Copy quitclaim by Roger Wade, clerk, son and heir of Thomas Wade late of Clipstone, yeoman, dec'd to Humphrey Wade of Clipston, yeoman, his brother, of the manor called Prudence Manor in the vill of Clipston and two closes in the manor called the Over Close and Nether Close and a little close called the Spinei and a parcel of the manor of Newbold and a certain parcel of land called the Poole Yarde with 2 ponds, and ½ rood of pasture in the manor of Newbold in Newbold Field, ½a of pasture called Traceloves Lande lying in the field of Newbold on a furlong called Crossewonnge, close called the Manor Close, with a piece of land or pasture Watts Land within the close and 2 ponds, and a close called Inlande in the manor of Newbold and 5 virgates of land called Newbolde Peaces in the fields of Newbold and another virgate of land in the fields of Newbold.
