Quitclaim by John Wade of Kelmarsh, gent, William Wade of the same town and county, gent, to George Buswell of Derby, yeoman, of the proviso in a mortgage in fee of 1 July 40 Elizabeth by Maurice, John, Edward and William Wade to George Buswell of a close of pasture or meadow in Kelmarsh called Maurice Wade's Great Close and another close of meadow or pasture called Gott lane, subject to proviso that if the Wades pay to Buswell £140 by 30 September 1611 then null and void.
