Grant by Edward VI to Silvester Taverner of London, gent, and John Hynde, gent, of all that chantry of Sprotton, Northants, and all messuages, mills, lands, tenements in Sprotton, Clipston and Oxenden in the occupation of Bernard Braddon. Thomas Wade, John Dutton and Thomas Pearson, also a chantry at Harwoode, Yorks, close of land called Chauntry Garden, 6a at Teneham, Kent, parcel of land 2a also in Teneham, also in Teneham, also a messuage or tenement called the Cocke in the parish of St Sepulchre extra Newgate, also all that chantry called Pylkyngton's Chantry in Clipston and all messuages etc belonging in Clipston, Newbold and Oxenden Magna.
