Settlement (of Euseby Buswell's wife's jointure) between Euseby Buswell Esq son and heir apparent of Sir Euseby Pelsant of Liddington and Frances wife of Sir Euseby Buswell, sole daughter of Sir Richard Wingfield late of Tickemoate Rutland dec'd and Sir Thomas Mackworth of Normanton, Rutland, Bt, and Dame Elizabeth Wingfield widow of Sir Richard Wingfield, by which in condition of the marriage (already had) of Euseby Buswell and Frances his wife and £3000, Euseby Buswell has conveyed to Mackworth and Dame Elizabeth, all his messuages, farms etc in Kibworth Harcourt, Smeeton Westerby, Husbands Bosworth, Market Harborough (Leics) and Guilsborough, Nortoft, Marston Trussell, Kelmarsh, Brixworth, Oxenden Magna, Braybrook and East Farndon (Northants): to the use of Euseby Buswell for life, then to the use of Frances his wife for her jointure, and then to uses expressed in settlement of 16 March 19 Charles II [1667].
