Feoffment by Thomas Markham and Christian his wife and Emma Markham to George Buswell of Derby, yeoman, in consideration of £595, of all that messuage or tenement in Oxenden Magna now in the tenure or occupation of Thomas Markham with all buildings etc belonging, a cottage in the tenure of Ambrose Lane and a close or croft adjoining the cottage 3a, a close or croft called Nether Yard 2a, also all arable, ley, meadow etc belonging, and all reversion and remainders.
