Bargain and sale (associated with D3155/WH 340) by John Wells of Kelmarsh, husbandman, to Roger Osborne of Kelmersh, Esq, in consideration of a certain sum of money and £12, of all the arable land, meadow, leys, pasture, common of pasture in the common and now open fields of Kelmarsh called the Over Northfield, Nether Northfield, Southfield, Westfield, the Towne Close and the Moores, and the residue of the freehold tenements in Kelmarsh lately set out and appointed for said Robert Osborne in severalty viz: half and acre and 8 perches in the Over Northfield, 20p in the Nether Northfield, 3a 2r 15p in the South Field, 5a 2r 02p in the Westfield, 2 pieces of meadow ground 0a 0r 39p in the Moores and 1a 0r 09p in the East Field.
