Release by John Kinnerslay of Badger, Salop, Esq and Blest Colclough of Eccleshall, Staffs, gent, to Bowyer Adderley of Hams Hall, Warwicks, Esq, with the consent of Christopher Horton of Catton, Esq, and Frances his wife, in consideration of £710 8s 7d, of all the premises heretofore mentioned in Guillsborough and in the common fields of Brixworth and a rent of 6s arising from lands and tenements in Market Harborough: to uses that Frances Horton shall appoint: to be further assured by fine: schedule of Trustees accounts (Eusebius Buswell's debts) attached. Dated 15 October
