Quitclaim by Roger Wade, clerk, son and heir of Thomas Wade of Clipston, husbandman, to Robert Wade of Clipston, husbandman, of a messuage or tenement in Clipston next to the stream there called Paradise on both sides, and 3½ virgates of land called News Close lying and being in Newbold and half a rood of arable land called Pycheleys lying and being in the fields of Newbold, also a half virgate of land called Pycheleys land in the fields of Clipston and a certain parcel of land or pasture called Jugges Wong lying in the fields of Clipston, also a croft called Malkyns Yard.
