Leics, yeoman, a messuage or tenement in Countesthorpe in the tenure of William Turvile, one other tenement or cottage in Countesthorpe in the tenure of John Stubbes, a close called Ashe Close on the backside of the cottage, close called New Close 3a, and one yardland of arable in the fields of Blaby and Countesthorpe the messuage and a moiety of the yardland and closes to the use of William Turvile and Mary his wife for lives, then to the use of Vincent Symkin and Goodith his wife and their lawful issue, in default to the use of the right heirs of William Turvile: the cottage and the other moiety of the yardland and closes to the use of Vincent Symkin and Goodith his wife and their lawful issue and in default to the use of the right heirs of William Turvile: also Vincent Symkin to pay £50 to William Turvile when Joan Turvile his daughter reaches age of 21 or is married: schedule of field land.
