Title | Agreement re uses of a fine between Christopher Bunninge of Clipston, yeoman, and Constance his wife, John Campyon of Clipston and Prudence his wife, John Gulston of Clipston and Elizabeth his wife, and Edward Wade of Clipston, yeoman, and John Wade of Kelmarsh yeoman: Bunninge, Campyon and Gulston and wives intend before the feast of St Andrew to levy a fine to the Wades of a messuage or farmhouse in Clipston and Newbold and two yardlands of arable, meadow and pasture in the open fields; agreed that the fine shall be limited as follows:- (a) One fourth part of the messuage, 4 bays, the east end, half the croft called Thomas Yard, half (west end) of a close called Newbold, northern half of a close of meadow called Inland and passage over Inland Lane, fourth part and half a fourth part of 3 doles of meadow in Beddowe Meadow, a third part of meadow called Elbo Dole and one dole of meadow abutting against a furlong called Stanithill and arable land in Lowe, Stogden and Mawselowe Fields - recited in detail - to the use of Christopher Bunninge and Constance his wife (b) Moiety of the house, the southern end, 6 bays, fourth part of close called Newbold (middle part), half the meadow close called Inland, quarter part and half the quarter part of three doles of meadow in Beddowe Meadow, a third part of Elbo Dole, passage over Inland Lane, and field land - recited in detail - to use of John Campion and Prudence his wife (c) Fourth part of messuage (middle part), 4 bays, a little croft, fourth part of Newbold Close, third part of Elbo Dole, fourth part of 3 doles in Beddowe Meadow and field land - recited in detail - to the use of John Gulston and Elizabeth his wife.
