Part of a settlement being a bargain and sale by Vincent Symkin of Blaby, yeoman, to Thomas Jackson of Countesthorpe, Leics, yeoman, in consideration of £90, of all that messuage or tenement at Countesthorpe in the tenure or occupation of William Turvile, a close of pasture called Ashe Close 3a, one yardland in the fields of Countesthorpe and Blaby: £50 to be paid to Joan Turvile at the age of 21 or within one month of her marriage, whichever shall happen first.
