Title
Feoffment by Christopher Bunninge of Clipston, yeoman, and Constance his wife one of the daughters and coheirs of Roger Wade late of Clipston to Anthony Langley of Clipston, of all that fourth part of a messuage or tenement lying in Clipston or Newbold in Clipston containing 4 bays, and a half part of a croft called Thomas Yarde adjacent to the said messuage, and half of a close of pasture called Newbolde lying in the fields of Newbold, on the north part by "metes and bounds", also a quarter part and half of a quarter part of a parcel of meadow called Doles lying in Beddowe Meadows, and a third part of a meadow called Elboe Dole, also all that parcel of meadow butting on Stanithill, also lands in Lowefield, Stogdenfield and Mawseloefield; described in detail. Dated 16 May 41 Elizabeth [1599]
