Marriage settlement on the marriage of William Lovell of Guillesborough, husbandman, to Alice Cartmell one of the daughters of Nicholas Cartmell of Guyllesborough, by which Lovell has enfeoffed to Hugh Lucas of Guyllesboroughe, yeoman, and Alexander Lovell of Northetofte, yeoman, all that messuage or tenement in Haselbeech in the tenure or occupation of John Reade Esq, with all lands etc belonging, also all that messuage or tenement in Guyllesborough in the tenure or occupation of William Lovell and three quarters of a virgate of land belonging; also all that cottage or tenement in Guyllesborough in the tenure or occupation of Alexander Asteel and John Berres or one of them, and all that cottage or tenement in Guyllesborough in the occupation of Richard Banburye, and also 5a of land in Northetofte, also all that messuage or tenement in Hollywell in the parish of Guyllesborough in the tenure of Thomas Kelerre and a virgate of land in Holywell: to hold to the use of William Lovell and his heirs by said Alice, in default of issue to use of heirs of said William.
