Title
Marriage settlement on the marriage of Vincent Symkin of Blaby and Goodich Symkin one of the daughters of William Turvile by which in consideration of the marriage and £50, William Turvile of Countesthorpe, Leics, husbandman, has enfeoffed to Thomas Symkin of Little Glen, yeoman, and Richard Turvile of Sheasby, Leics, yeoman, all that messuage at Countesthorpe in the occupation of William Turvile and one other tenement or cottage at Countesthorpe and a yardland in the fields of Countesthorpe (schedule of yardland attached - lands in South, Middle, North and Mill Fields): messuage in which William Turvile lives and a moiety of the yard land to the use of William Turvile and Mary his wife for their lives, then to the use of Vincent Symkin and Goodith and their lawful issue, she being alive at the time of the death of William Turvile, in default to the use of the right heirs of William Turvile: cottage and other moiety of yardland to the use of Vincent Symkin and Goodith his wife and their lawful issue and in default to the use of the right heirs of Vincent Symkin.
