Assignment by Sir Thomas Griffin of Braybrook kt to Francis Mulsho of Thrapston, Northants, gent, and Robert Hickes, of the same town, gent, of the unexpired term in a lease [for 2000 yrs of 12 November 42 Eliz (1600) of the manor of Great Oxenden, by Sir Edward Griffin, father of Sir Thomas, to Trustees] of a messuage or farmhouse in Oxenden in the tenure of John Stone, a strip of ground nearby called Pen Yard, ½ acre, and a newly erected messuage nearby, and all that windmill in Oxenden and the ground on which it stands, late in the tenure of John Stone (all to be sold to John Stone).
