Title
Marriage settlement between Samuel Halford of Clipston, husbandman and Francis Bosworth of Clipston and Katherine his wife, daughter of said Samuel, by which, in part performance of the marriage portion of said Katherine, Halford has enfeoffed to Bosworth, a piece of meadow ground in the fields of Clipston in a meadow called Nether Meadow, 4a: to the use of Samuel Halford and Dorothy his wife for their lives, then to the use of Katherine wife of Francis for life, then to the use of the right heirs of Francis Bosworth.
