Lease for possession by Anne Chamberlaine of Keyam, Leics, widow, Hannah Coleman of East Langton, Leics, widow, Abigale Halford of Bradwell, Bucks, spinster, and Daniel Coleman of West Langton, Leics, yeoman, to Buseby Buswell of Tukencoat, Rutland, of a messuage, cottage or tenement in Clipston with a neat yard and little close, 2a by estimation, several parcels of arable land, meadow and pasture ground in the common and open fields of Newbold in the parish of Clipston, one half yard land; which were in the tenure of William Dawes and were purchased by William Halford from Zachery and Henry Wade.
