Bargain and sale by Sir Thomas Tresham and Francis Tresham his son and heir apparent, to William Wade of Clipston, yeoman, in consideration of £127 2s 6d, of two parcels of meadow ground late in the tenure of William Goodman in Clipston, one containing 6a 2r 12p lying between Drovers Wale and the meadow called Towne Meadowe, the other parcel 4s 0r 03p again between the Drovers Waie on the south and the Towne Meadowe on the north, and all other deeds and writings.
