Assignment by Walter Horton of Catton, esq to the Earl and Countess of Shrewsbury and Henry Cavendish, son of Elizabeth the Countess, of a lease of the herbage and pannage of Barton Park and the office of keeper, with fees and profits belonging, (and possibly other offices relating to the Duchy of Lancaster Parks in Staffs), reciting inter alia lease by Edward VI to John Tailer of the herbage and pannage of the waste of Rolston, parcel of the Duchy of Lancaster called Rolston Park, and a lease by Elizabeth to Walter Horton of the herbage and pannage of Barton Park.
