Title
Typescript copy of lease for 21 years by Francis Hurt Esq., of Alderwasley to John and Charles Mold of Makeney, ironmasters, of the forge and other buildings in the liberty of Alderwasley and the iron furnace and other buildings in Morley Park, and the coal and ironstone in Morley Park and Heage, with the privilege of working the same for 21 years. Rent, £300 per annum and £100 for every acre of soft coal raised, also 2d. per ton for every ton of coal sold and not used as fuel
