| Administrative History | The Committee was formed in pursuance of the terms of an agreement between Chesterfield Rural District Council, Dronfield Urban District Council and Staveley District Council for the provision of a public water supply in 1936. The Committee was absorbed into the North Derbyshire Water Board in 1963, although not formally wound up until 1966. |
