Description
Contains a photograph of Jerry Garnett and photograph of his grave. Also includes a letter from Vera Brittain sent from St George's Hospital, Malta 30 November 1916, to Jerry Garnett's mother. The letter describes visiting the grave and its setting. There is also a letter from Vera Brittain’s daughter, Shirley Williams, writing to a grandchild of Nancy Garnett thanking them for sending her a copy of her mother’s letter. There is also a telegram of condolence telegram sent on behalf of the King and Queen.
