Title
Letter dated 14-Sep 1820: Darley near Derby. William Evans to ?Richard Crabtree. Understands that Francis Burdett is prepared to let Foremark to him - awaits the terms. The house seems in good repair but is lacking in furniture. Size of the house and distance to the offices would entail a large number of servants. Would wish also for the manor and 50/100 acres of grassland
