| Description | Made between 1. Sir Henry Every of Egginton Hall bart 2. Dame Elizabeth Every, Sir Henry's wife, late Elizabeth Soar spinster 3. Sir John Dickenson Fowler of Burton upon Trent Reciting part of a lease and release dated 9 and 10 Oct 1821 by which properties in the schedule of this deed (of 1827) were charged with certain annuities and that Sir Henry has since married Elizabeth Soar
Witnessing that Sir Henry appointed to Dame Elizabeth in case she should survive him, an annuity of £400 chargeable on the premises in the schedule included, to be payable to her after her husband's death for her life for a jointure and in bar of dower which Dame Elizabeth might be entitled to in properties of Sir Henry
